ALEX GREY is absolutely fabulous. He is a cross between a Visionary, Artist, Anatomist, Alchemist, Shaman, Priest of the Universal HIGH ROAD, and Medical Illustrator. In fact there is no category for him except to say his images are unforgettable. They lift us up into realms that are both into the body, literally, and beyond it it terms of a spectral nirvana. My Teacher in Painting, Julian Stanczak, who studied with Joseph Albers at Yale, is the only other I know who had that transcendent a color sense. THANK YOU Alex for your vision.
